1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by User
As a user, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, you must log into your account on our website (https://getquibble.com) and follow the cancellation procedures described in the account settings or contact our support team at support@getquibble.com.
1.2 No Refunds
We operate a no-refund policy on all subscriptions, in line with our commitment to offering high-quality, uninterrupted services. This means that when you cancel your subscription, regardless of the reason, we are unable to offer a refund for any payments already made.
1.3 Service Continuation
Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will retain access to your subscribed services until the end of your current billing cycle. We will not charge you again once your current billing cycle ends. Your subscription will remain active, and you can continue to use all the services and features available to your subscription tier until your next subscription renewal date, at which point your access to these services and features will cease.
2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription is set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel it at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
3. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
Quibble reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to be informed of any changes.

5. Paused Subscriptions
At Quibble, you have the option to pause your subscription for a period of 1 to 4 months. Please note that a paused subscription is not a cancelled subscription; it simply puts your subscription on hold during this period.
5.1 Duration of Pause
When you choose to pause your subscription, it will remain inactive for the selected duration (between 1 and 4 months). After this period, your subscription will automatically resume, and you will be billed for the next billing cycle unless you decide to cancel before the pause period ends.
5.2 Conditions of Pausing
If you attempt to pause your subscription indefinitely, the system will automatically revert to the 1-4 month pause limit. This ensures that your subscription is managed fairly and consistently.
5.3 Notification of Resume
Prior to your subscription resuming, you will receive a notification via email to remind you of the upcoming billing.
